研究目的：

（1）主要目的：甲苯磺酸瑞马唑仑持续静脉泵注最佳剂量，以及在应激情况下在持续静脉泵注基础上给予单次静脉推注以对抗应激的最佳剂量。（2）次要目的：安全性评估：①肝肾功能；②凝血功能；③动脉血气、生命体征和心电图：BP、HR、RR、SpO2；④血常规、血清C-反应蛋白、心肌酶；⑤不良反应：低血压、过敏反应、乏力、嗜睡、头晕、头痛、运动障碍、震颤、呼吸抑制/暂停、右束支阻滞、窦缓、窦速、恶心、呕吐等。

Objectives of Study：

1. Major objectives: The optimal dose of Remimazolam Tosilate by continuous intravenous pumping, and the optimal dose of single intravenous injection on the basis of dose of continuous intravenous pumping to combat stress. 2. Secondary objectives: Safety assessment: (1) Liver and kidney function; (2) coagulation function; (3) arterial blood gas analysis, vital signs and electrocardiogram: BP, HR, RR, SpO2; (4) Blood routine examination, serum C-reactive protein, myocardial enzyme; (5) Adverse reactions: hypotension, allergic reaction, fatigue, drowsiness, dizziness, headache, dyspraxia, tremor, respiratory depression/suspension, right bundle branch block, sinus bradycardia, sinus tachycardia, nausea, vomiting, etc.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1、对甲苯磺酸瑞马唑仑过敏者；
2、急性角性青光眼、重症肌无力和昏迷（GCS评分＜8分，麻醉术后患者应恢复到GCS评分＞8分）的患者；
3、出血性或心源性休克未纠正的患者；
4、BMI＜18 kg/m2，或＞35 kg/m2；
5、酒精依赖、精神疾病或严重的认知功能障碍；
6、怀孕或哺乳期；
7、依从性差。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Allergic to Remimazolam Tosilate;
2. Patients with acute Angle glaucoma, myasthenia gravis and coma (GCS < 8 points, patients should recover to GCS > 8 points after anesthesia);
3. Patients with uncorrected hemorrhagic or cardiogenic shock;
4. BMI < 18 kg/m2 or > 35 kg/m2;
5. Alcohol dependence, mental illness or severe cognitive impairment;
6. Pregnancy or lactation;
7. Poor compliance.
