研究目的：

探究不同剂量罗哌卡因在能满足痔切除手术术中良好镇痛、肌肉松弛、抑制不良反射的情况下，不影响患者下肢运动的单次腰麻对痔切除患者术后排尿功能影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the effect of single spinal anesthesia with different doses of ropivacaine on micturition after hemorrhoidectomy under the conditions of good Analgesia, muscle relaxation and adverse reflex inhibition.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

合并心、肺、脑、肝、肾及脊柱等疾病；
排尿异常，下肢活动异常；
精神疾病患者、孕妇及哺乳期妇女；
出现严重并发症、严重过敏等情况；
椎管内麻醉禁忌症和麻醉穿刺异常更改麻醉方式。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Combined Heart, lung, brain, liver, kidney and column diseases;
2. Abnormal urination, abnormal movement of lower limbs;
3. Mental illness, pregnant and lactating women;
4. There are serious complications, severe allergies and other conditions;
5. Contraindication of anesthesia in spinal canal and abnormality of anesthesia puncture change the way of anesthesia.
