Objectives of Study：

Applying grip training as a physical activity to distract participants from tobacco cravings, easing withdrawal symptoms and making a tobacco craving go away.

According to Fagerstrom test for nicotine dependence (FTND), the participants are divided into moderate dependence (4-6 points) and high dependence (7 points or more) with layered random selection of serial numbered, impermeable sealed envelopes.
