研究目的：

本项目拟通过全基因组测序的方法，对CVID患者人群进行检测，明确已知致病基因的突变频率，寻找临床和遗传的相关性，制定临床检测策略。进一步地，我们拟将发现的新的致病基因进行功能研究，以阐明其在CVID中的致病机制，为日后CVID疾病治疗提供靶点。  

Objectives of Study：

This project intends to develop a clinical testing strategy by means of whole genome sequencing in CVID patient population, to clarify the frequency of mutations in known disease causing genes, and to find clinical and genetic correlations.Further, we propose to conduct functional studies of the discovered novel disease causing genes to elucidate their pathogenic mechanisms in CVID and provide targets for future CVID disease treatment.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1) 其他药物及感染引起的低免疫球蛋白血症；
2) 已定义的其他有遗传背景或染色体异常的低免疫球蛋白性疾病( 先天性无丙种球蛋白血症、婴儿暂时性低丙种球蛋白血症、选择性 IgA 缺乏症等原发性免疫缺陷疾病)。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Hypogammaglobulinemia due to other drugs and infections;
2. other defined hypoimmunoglobulinemic disorders with a genetic background or chromosomal abnormalities (primary immunodeficiency disorders such as congenital agammaglobulinemia, transient hypogammaglobulinemia of infancy, and selective IgA deficiency).
