研究目的：

本研究旨在探讨家庭赋权方案是否可改善先天性白内障患儿主要照顾者疾病不确定感及提高照顾者准备度。

Objectives of Study：

To explore whether the family empowerment program can improve the disease uncertainty of the main caregivers of children with congenital cataract and improve the preparation of the caregivers.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

患儿排除标准：
①伴有眼部其他异常疾病，如先天性青光眼、先天性小眼球、视网膜脉络膜发育异常等。
主要照顾者排除标准：
①患有其它精神或躯体严重疾病的父/母亲；②家中有其他患病儿童的父/母亲；③近期家庭发生有其它重大负性事件；④已参加过相关培训者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Children:
(1) Accompanied by other ocular abnormalities, such as congenital glaucoma, congenital small eyeball, abnormal retinal choroid development, etc.
2. Main caregivers:
(1) With other serious mental or physical diseases;
(2) Parents with other sick children at home;
(3) Other major negative events in the family recently;
(4) Participated in relevant training.
