研究目的：

本研究的目的是评价程序间歇输注和连续输注对斜角肌间周围神经阻滞的效果，比较它们对疼痛缓解和呼吸功能的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of programmed intermittent bolus infusion and continuous infusion on interscalenus peripheral nerve block and to compare their effects on pain relief and respiratory function.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.患者拒绝神经阻滞操作
2.外周神经阻滞的禁忌（如研究药物过敏、凝血病或局部感染等）
3.合并严重心血管疾病，
4.理解障碍( 无法理解疼痛评定方法)
5.有近期阿片类药物应用史
6.膈肌麻痹或膈神经损伤史
7.中度或重度肺病,胸部畸形(隆突胸或漏斗胸)
8.肝肾功能异常。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The patient refused the nerve block procedure
2. contra-indication to peripheral nerve block (study drug allergy, coagulopathy or local infection);
3. Patients with severe cardiovascular disease
4. Patients unable to understand and cooperate with nerve block operation or postoperative evaluation.
5. Patients using chronic opioids Recently;
6. A history of phrenic paralysis or phrenic nerve injury
7. moderate or severe pulmonary disease; chest deformity (pectus carinatum or pectus excavatum)
8. severe renal or hepatic failure.
