研究目的：

本项目拟在特应性皮炎患者层面，研究菌群代谢短链脂肪酸对特应性皮炎炎症的作用，探索基于特定菌群代谢产物调控特应性皮炎炎症的策略，为最终揭示特应性皮炎发病机制、有效防治特应性皮炎进行积极的探索。  

Objectives of Study：

This project intends to study the effect of microbiota metabolism of short-chain fatty acids on the inflammation of atopic dermatitis at the level of patients with atopic dermatitis, and explore strategies based on specific microbiota metabolites to regulate atopic dermatitis inflammation, in order to finally reveal the pathogenesis, prevention and treatment of atopic dermatitis.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 患有其他皮肤疾病，如银屑病、白癜风、红斑狼疮等；
2. 皮损部位合并局部感染；
3. 患有自身免疫性疾病，如类风湿性关节炎等；
4. 有严重系统性疾病或恶性肿瘤病史者；
5. 1个月内有系统使用抗炎药物史；1月内有系统使用抗生素及抗真菌药物史；2周内有局部使用皮质类固醇激素、钙调磷酸酶等抗炎药物史；2周内有局部使用抗生素或抗真菌外用药史
6. 近1月有参加其它临床试验。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Combined with other skin diseases, such as psoriasis, vitiligo, lupus erythematosus.
2. Local infection at the lesion site.
3. Patients with autoimmune diseases, such as rheumatoid arthritis.
4. A history of severe systemic disease or malignant tumor.
5. A history of systemic use of anti-inflammatory drugs within 1 month; or a history of systemic use of antibiotics and antifungal drugs within 1 month; or a history of topical use of corticosteroids, calcineurin and other anti-inflammatory drugs within 2 weeks; or a history of topical antibiotics or antifungal topical medication within 2 weeks.
6. Participated in other clinical trials in the past month.
