研究目的：

应用数字化无托槽隐形矫治技术于正畸正颌手术优先模式。并研究以下内容： （1）评估实际术后即刻咬合对比设计软件模拟的咬合在三维方向的位移及旋转精确度 （2）评估术后上下颌骨表面整体结构及各标志点的稳定性，并与传统固定矫治手术优先病例的术后稳定性对比分析  

Objectives of Study：

to apply invisible aligners in patients with surgery-first approach. The following contents are determined: (1) to evaluate the accuracy of post-surgery occlusion displacement and rotation compared with the virtual occlusion position in three-dimensional directions (2) to evaluate the stability of maxilla and mandible landmarks, and to compare the stability with that of traditional fixed appliance.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

① 孕妇或哺乳期妇女；
② 中、重度牙周炎或未控制的牙周炎患者；
③ 患有肿瘤及全身性严重疾病；
④ 患有腭裂或其它颌面部异常；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Pregnant or lactating women;
2. Patients with moderate or severe periodontitis or uncontrolled periodontitis;
3. Suffering from tumor and serious systemic diseases;
4. Cleft palate or other maxillofacial abnormalities.
