明确心脏重塑患者心肌组织中RhoE及其下游信号通路分子的表达及其调控作用。  

Objectives of Study：

To verify the role and relationship between RhoE and its downstream signaling proteins in myocardial tissues of patients with cardiac remodeling.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1、有严重靶器官损害需紧急治疗的病人，如充血性心衰、坏疽、酮症酸中毒、肾衰等；
2、两周内曾有急性感染病史或近期曾服用抗炎药物史；
3、临床确诊或临床症状怀疑有精神系统疾病、心理疾病，无法配合后续的随访调查者；
4、脑卒中、短暂性脑缺血发作、甲状腺疾病、恶性肿瘤；发热，痛风，原发性肾脏疾病的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with severe target organ damage need emergency treatment, such as congestive heart failure, gangrene, ketoacidosis, renal failure, etc;
2. Patients with a history of acute infection or recent use of anti-inflammatory drugs within two weeks;
3. Patients with clinical diagnosis or clinical symptoms suspected of mental system diseases and mental diseases can not cooperate with follow-up investigators;
4. Patients with stroke, transient ischemic attack, thyroid disease and malignant tumor; Patients with fever, gout and primary kidney disease.
