研究目的：

通过前瞻性观察性研究，统计我院炎症性肠病中抑郁状态的发病率，比较各亚型所占比例，筛选伴有抑郁状态的IBD患者肠道生物标志物，并观察炎症性肠病伴不同程度抑郁患者肠道差异菌群种类、数量变化，以及肠道菌群与抑郁相关性。  

Objectives of Study：

Through prospective observational research, statistics of the incidence of depression in inflammatory bowel disease in our hospital, comparison of the proportions of each subtype, screening of intestinal biomarkers in IBD patients with depression, and observation of inflammatory bowel disease The type and quantity of different intestinal flora in patients with different degrees of depression, and the correlation between intestinal flora and depression.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.病程<6月；
2.有双向情感障碍、持续性心境障碍、躁狂发作者；
3.合并有恶性肿瘤者；
4.妊娠、哺乳期患者；
5.合并高血压、糖尿病、心脏病、中风或严重慢性病（传染性、遗传性、代谢性、内分泌性疾病者），或并发其他心、脑、肺、肝、肾等严重疾患者，无精神疾患，具有正常沟通能力；
6.正在使用免疫抑制剂、生物制剂等对肠道菌群有干扰的药物的患者；
7.无法配合完成该研究的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Disease duration < 6 months;
2. Authors with bipolar affective disorder, persistent mood disorder, and mania;
3. Combined with malignant tumor;
4. Pregnancy and lactation patients;
5.Patients with hypertension, diabetes, heart disease, stroke or serious chronic diseases (infectious, hereditary, metabolic, endocrine diseases), or complicated by other serious diseases such as heart, brain, lung, liver, kidney, etc., without mental disorders, with normal communication ability;
6.Patients who are taking drugs that interfere with the intestinal flora, such as immunosuppressants and biologics;
7.Patients who cannot cooperate to complete the study.
