研究目的：

本研究旨在探究围产期抑郁症患者的肠道菌群变化特征，揭示肠道菌群与抑郁症状、血液炎性因子和神经内分泌指标的关系，并基于一般社会人口学资料、肠道菌群、血液炎性因子和神经内分泌指标构建围产期抑郁症的发病预测和评估模型。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to explore the characteristics of changes in the intestinal flora of patients with perinatal depression, reveal the relationship between the intestinal flora and depressive symptoms, blood inflammatory factors and neuroendocrine indicators, and is based on general sociodemographic data, intestinal bacteria groups, blood inflammatory factors and neuroendocrine indicators to construct the onset prediction and evaluation model of perinatal depression.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.伴酒精和药物依赖史；
2.近5年曾行胃肠外科手术、胃镜检查、结肠镜检查或胃肠钡餐等；
3.妊娠期间存在感染、创伤、免疫性疾病 或其他重大内科疾病(自身免疫性疾病、甲亢、甲减、子痫、妊娠期糖尿病)的患者；
4.HC组附加排除标准:既往任何精神障碍史或精神障碍家族史。

Exclusion criteria：

1. With a history of alcohol and drug dependence;
2. Have performed gastrointestinal surgery, gastroscopy, colonoscopy or gastrointestinal barium meal in the past 5 years;
3. Patients with infections, trauma, immune diseases or other major medical diseases (autoimmune diseases, hyperthyroidism, hypothyroidism, eclampsia, gestational diabetes) during pregnancy;
4. Additional exclusion criteria for HC group: any past history of mental disorders or family history of mental disorders.
