本研究旨在比较腹腔镜腹股沟疝修补术中保存子宫圆韧带和横断子宫圆韧带的效果，探讨剖断子宫圆韧带在女性腹腔镜腹股沟疝修补术中的评估和耐久性。  

Objectives of Study：

this study aims to compare outcomes of uterine round ligament preservation and transection during laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair, and to explore assessment and durability of transecting round ligament during laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair in women.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

(1)嵌顿性腹股沟疝；
(2)转入开放式程序；
(3)腹腔镜无假体疝囊高位结扎术；
(4)既往行子宫切除术。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Incarcerated inguinal hernia;
(2) Transfer to open procedure;
(3) Laparoscopic hernia sac high ligation without prosthesis; and
(4) Previous hysterectomy was performed.
