本课题目的旨在进一步探索颅缝早闭患儿眼部疾病的特点，探讨颅缝早闭儿童的眼部疾病手术技巧，为颅缝早闭儿童带来视觉质量的提升，缓解眼部症状，改善生活质量。进一步减轻每一个颅缝早闭儿童家庭的负担。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this course is to further explore the characteristics of eye diseases in children with craniosynostosis, and to explore the surgical skills of eye diseases in children with craniosynostosis, so as to improve the visual quality of children with craniosynostosis, relieve eye symptoms, and improve the quality of life. To further reduce the burden of every family of children with craniosynostosis

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

非先天性的眼部疾病，如外伤、肿瘤继发性眼部疾病；
不能遵守研究或随访；
有全身严重疾病，不能接受眼部检查和手术；
研究者认为需要排除者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Non congenital eye diseases, such as trauma, tumor secondary eye diseases;
2. Failure to comply with study or follow-up;
3. There is a serious systemic disease, can not accept eye examination and surgery;
4. The researchers believe that those who need to be excluded.
