基于fNIRS探索不稳定支撑面训练前后，帕金森病患者平衡功能的改善和大脑皮质激活的变化。  

Objectives of Study：

The exploration of improvement of balance function and changes in cerebral cortex activation in patients with Parkinson's disease before and after unstable support surface training based on fNIRS.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

① 继发性帕金森综合征或帕金森叠加综合征的患者；
② 存在严重认知功能障碍，无法配合完成治疗的患者；
③ 严重的心、肺、脑、肾疾病等难以参与治疗的患者；
④ 依从性差，未能按要求参与治疗的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with secondary Parkinson's syndrome or Parkinson-plus syndrome;
(2) Patients with severe cognitive dysfunction who cannot cooperate with the completion of treatment;
(3) Patients with severe heart, lung, brain and kidney diseases that are difficult to participate in treatment;
(4) Patients with poor compliance and failure to participate in treatment as required.
