研究目的：

探索改良单孔腹腔镜手术用于子宫肌瘤切除术的安全性及益处。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this research was to explore the safety and feasibility of modified laparoendoscopic single-site myomectomy in patients with Uterine myomas.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.患粘膜下型肌瘤或其他妇科疾病如卵巢囊肿或子宫内膜增生的患者；
2.经阴道超声和磁共振成像检查诊断有可能患有恶性子宫肌瘤的患者；
3.过去6个月内有严重精神病史或其他严重内科合并症的患者；
4.妊娠；
5.既往子宫肌瘤切除史。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with submucosal fibroids or other gynecological diseases such as ovarian cysts or endometrial hyperplasia;
2. Patients at risk of malignant uterine fibroids diagnosed by transvaginal ultrasound and magnetic resonance imaging;
3. Patients with a history of serious mental illness or other serious medical complications in the past 6 monthsSigned Informed Consent;
4. Pregnancy;
5. Previous history of hysteromyoma resection.
