通过蛋白质组学揭示多种常见风湿性疾病的预测及诊断生物标志物，并建立疾病预测及诊断模型，为临床预测及诊断疾病提供科学的数据。

Objectives of Study：

To identify the potential predictive and diagnostic and biomarkers of various common rheumatic diseases through proteomics,establish the disease prediction and diagnosis models,and provide scientific data for clinical prediction and diagnosis of diseases.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 妊娠或哺乳期妇女；
2. 筛选检查时患者丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)或天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶（AST）大于或等于本中心规定正常值上限的1.5倍，或内生肌酐清除率（CCr）大于本中心规定的正常值上限；
3. 患者有免疫缺陷疾病史（如HIV等），或癌症、恶性肿瘤病史，或心、脑血管严重疾病，或患有其他可能显著减少预期寿命疾病；
4. 具有任何可能影响方案依从性的疾病史（如严重精神障碍、认知功能障碍、药物滥用或成瘾等）。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Pregnant or lactating women;
2. ALT or AST of the patients were greater than or equal to 1.5 times of the upper limit of normal value, or endogenous creatinine clearance rate (CCR) was greater than the upper limit of normal value prescribed by our Center;
3. With medical history of immunodeficiency diseases (such as HIV), or cancer, or serious cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases, or other diseases that may significantly reduce life expectancy;
4. With medical history of any medical condition (such as severe mental disorder, cognitive dysfunction, substance abuse or addiction, etc.) that may affect program compliance.
