研究目的：

本研究旨在构建PMT-IMB模型，验证基于PMT-IMB模型的干预在孕期体重管理中的有效性，为控制孕期体重增长提供可行的措施。  

Objectives of Study：

The overall aim of this study is to develop and test the effectiveness of interventions based on the PMT-IMB model in pregnancy weight management and provide feasible measures for weight management during pregnancy.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）年龄低于18岁；
（2）多胎妊娠者；
（3）有神经系统、心肝肾等内科合并症者；
（4）原发性高血压、糖尿病等疾病病史者；
（5）聋哑等其他合并症。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Age below 18 years old;
(2) Multiple pregnancies;
(3) History of neurological, cardiovascular, hepatic, and renal medical complications;
(4) History of essential hypertension, diabetes mellitus and other diseases;
(5) Other complications such as deafness and dumbness.
