研究目的：

为了解原发性、初治偏头痛预后，设计前瞻性的队列研究，从而确定影响儿童偏头痛预后的因素，有助于临床医生进行医学干预，从而改善患者预后。  

Objectives of Study：

A prospective cohort study was designed to understand the outcome of primary, untreated migraine in order to determine the factors that influence the outcome of migraine in children and to help clinicians conduct medical interventions to improve patient outcomes.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）存在药物过量摄入；
（2）自身免疫性疾病；
（3）除偏头痛外其他神经系统疾病、颅内肿块；
（4）先天性或遗传性疾病；
（5）糖尿病、支气管哮喘、心血管疾病、肺部疾病；
（6）其他类型原发性头痛和继发性头痛。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Excessive drug intake exists;
(2) Autoimmune diseases;
(3) Other neurological diseases and intracranial masses except migraine;
(4) congenital or hereditary diseases;
(5) Diabetes mellitus, bronchial asthma, cardiovascular disease, pulmonary disease;
(6) Other types of primary headache and secondary headache.
