在前期北京市推广应用的基础上扩大推广范围，将精神分裂症康复技术推广应用到全国基层精神卫生机构，采取集中的理论培训和带教，现场实地指导的推广模式，完成对精防医生的培训，让更多的精神分裂症患者受益。

Objectives of Study：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1 共病其它精神疾病：精神发育迟滞、痴呆及严重认知功能障碍者；
2 精神活性物质依赖者；
3 合并有严重的脑、肝、肺、肾或造血系统等躯体疾病者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Comorbid other mental diseases: mental retardation, dementia and severe cognitive impairment.
2. Patients who are dependent on psychoactive substances.
3. Patients with severe somatic diseases such as brain, liver, lung, kidney or trophoblast system.
