研究目的：

本课题拟前瞻性纳入因慢阻肺急性加重入院（AECOPD）的患者，定期随访2年，收集其诊疗及预后的数据，建立国人的慢阻肺急性加重临床数据库和患者队列，在此基础上开展AECOPD患者各种不良预后（住院死亡、再入院、院内VTE等）的预警模型的构建研究，以及各种治疗策略的经济学评价。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, we prospectively enrolled hospitalized patients with Acute Exacerbation of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (AECOPD), who were followed up regularly for 2 years. The data of comorbidities, treatment and prognosis were collected, and the clinical database and patient cohort of AECOPD were established. Based on this cohort, we aimed to establish early warning model of various adverse outcomes (death, readmission, venous thromboembolism, etc.) of AECOPD patients, and to carry out economic evaluation of different treatment strategies.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1）住院时间少于3天；
2）患精神疾病或主观上不能配合者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with hospital stay less than 3 days;
2. Patients with mental illness or subjective unable to cooperate.
