研究目的: |
目前脑卒中已上升为全球的第二大致死原因和首要致残因素,而脑卒中后运动功能障碍是脑卒中患者常见的功能障碍之一。痉挛和运动过溢会增加患者的疼痛、降低患者的运动功能、延长住院时间,减慢恢复速度,导致关节挛缩等并发症,严重影响生活质量。经颅电刺激是一种无痛、无创且相对安全的新技术,通过中枢神经系统的兴奋性干预该疾病,对脑卒中后运动功能的康复有一定效果。本研究通过经颅电刺激刺激运动前皮层,降低内侧网状脊髓束的兴奋性,改善脑卒中后的运动功能障碍,从而提高患者生活质量。 |

Objectives of Study: |
Currently, stroke has risen as the world's second largest death causes and primary causes damage factor, and motor dysfunction after stroke is one of the common dysfunctions in patients with cerebral apoplexy. Spasm and motor overflow will increase pain intensity, decrease motor functions, prolong hospitalization time, slow recovery speed and cause complications such as joint contracture, and it seriously affects the quality of life. Transcranial Direct Current Stimulation is a new technology that is painless, non-invasive and relatively safe, and it can be effective for the recovery of motor dysfunction post stroke by changing the excitability of central nerve system. This study stimulates premotor cortex with Transcranial Direct Current Stimulation, and it will decrease the excitability of medial cortico-reticulospinal tract improve the motor functions and the patients quality of life. |
