研究目的：

（1） 明确镜像视觉反馈（MVF）对脑卒中患者功能恢复及运动准备网络重塑的影响； （2） 探索MVF改变PMC、SMA、PFC和M1功能区相互作用的动力学机制。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To clarify the effect an potential mechanism of MVF on motor function recovery and the reorganization of motor preparation network in patients with stroke. 2. To investigate the dynamic neuro-mechanism of MVF modulating the interaction among PMC, SMA, PFC, and M1.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 正在接受其他非侵入式脑刺激干预的患者，例如经颅磁刺激（Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation，TMS）、经颅直流电刺激（transcranial Direct-Current Stimulation, tDCS）；
2. 依从性不佳者；
3. 合并其他严重内科疾病（如心衰、呼衰、肾功能不全、不可控的高血压、心律失常、严重冠心病、糖尿病合并症控制欠佳者）;
4. 合并任何急、慢性感染者（如肺结核、颅内感染等）;
5. 合并妊娠；
6. 同期参加其他临床试验者；
7. 初中文化程度以下者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients receiving other non-invasive brain stimulation therapy including TMS, tDCS;
2. can not complete the treatment protocol, poor compliance;
3. a history of epilepsy, cerebral hemorrhage and serious heart, lung, liver, kidney and other important organ function failure and uncontrolled hypertension, arrhythmia, severe coronary heart disease, diabetes complications been fail controlled;
4. concomitant with any acute or chronic infection, like tuberculosis, intracranial infection;
5. pregnancy;
6. involving in other clinical studies;
7. with junior high school education or below.
