研究目的：

本计划目的旨在比较重度OSAS患者在补充基本维生素以及加强复方营养补充品 (鱼油、抗氧化剂CoQ10) 前后，其血液生化值、cytokines、微量元素锌、硒、红血球细胞膜omega-3 多元不饱和脂肪酸组成、氧化压力指标MDA、抗氧化酵素以及生活质量量表SF-36等之变化，并与配带CPAP组患者做一比较。

Objectives of Study：

This proposal aims to compare the changes in blood biochemical values, cytokines, omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acid (PUFA) formulation on red blood cell membranes and of microelements such as zinc and selenium, oxidative stress index MDA, antioxidant enzymes, and life quality scale SF-36, etc. of patients with severe OSAS before and after supplementing basic vitamins and strengthened compound nutritional supplements (fish oil, antioxidant CoQ10), and conduct a comparison with patients from CPAP group.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

颅颜畸形、癌症、肝肾重大疾病、中风或心脏疾病病史、服用抗凝血药物药物( 阿司匹林Aspirin, 可迈丁coumadin, 保栓通plavax)、慢性阻塞性肺病、猝睡症、夜间肢体抽动症、中枢型睡眠呼吸中止症、重大精神疾病(精神分裂症、重度忧郁症等)

Exclusion criteria：

craniofacial deformities, cancer, major liver and kidney diseases, stroke or heart disease history, taking anti-clotting medication drugs (Aspirin, coumadin, plavax), chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, narcolepsy, limb tic disorders at night time, central sleep apnea, or major mental illness (Schizophrenia, severe depression)
