Evaluate the clinical effectiveness of newborn genetic screening and obtain the prevalence and carrying rate of screening diseases.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1）监护人不同意参加此研究；
2）采血前有输血者；
3）干血滤纸片不合格样本。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The guardian does not agree to participate in the study;
2. Subjects with blood transfusion before blood collection;
3. Unqualified samples of dry blood filter paper.
