数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

本试验采用电子数据采集（EDC）系统进行数据采集。数据录入人员应根据《eCRF填写指南》将原始资料信息准确、及时、完整、规范地录入 EDC 中。只有经过EDC操作培训合格且被授权的研究者或CRC人员才能执行数据录入工作。监查员根据源文件及时对试验采集数据进行一致性核查，确保数据录入及时、准确、规范。数据管理员根据预先制定的核查计划，对试验采集数据进行充分核查，以确保数据的正确性和完整性。发现问题时在系统中发出质疑，待研究者或 CRC 答疑，确认无误后关闭质疑。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

This experiment uses an electronic data collection (EDC) system for data collection. The data entry personnel should enter the original information in the EDC accurately, timely, complete and standardized according to the "eCRF Completion Guide". Only qualified and authorized researchers or CRC personnel trained in EDC operations can perform data entry. Inspectors check the consistency of the test data collected in a timely manner based on the source documents to ensure timely, accurate and standardized data entry. According to the pre-established verification plan, the data administrator shall fully verify the data collected in the experiment to ensure the correctness and completeness of the data. When a problem is found, a question will be issued in the system, and the question will be closed after the researcher or CRC answers the question.
