研究目的：

本研究拟通过随机对照研究探究三维可视化与三维打印技术辅助在复杂腹壁缺损手术术前规划中应用的可行性和安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

This study intends to explore the feasibility and safety of 3D visualization and 3D printing assisted application in preoperative planning for complex abdominal wall defects through a randomized controlled study.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1) 本试验开始前 3个月内曾参加过其他临床试验的患者 ；
2) 妊娠、哺乳期女性及计划怀孕的患者；
3) 正在进行放射治疗或化学治疗的患者；
4) 心脑血管疾病未控制， NYHA 心功能分级 II 级或以上者
5) 经研究者判断患有严重内分泌代谢性疾病 、系统性免疫疾病 、血液 、呼吸系统疾病，不适合参加本次试验的患者；
6) 全身有未控制的感染者；
9) 肝疾病 或肝损伤的患者（ ALT和AST 超过正常值上限的2倍）；
10) 严重肾功能 损伤或肾衰竭的患者 （血肌酐 大于正常值上限 的2 倍）；
11) 无法定期完成随访的患者。
12) 酗酒、吸毒或其他药物成瘾者有倾向；
13) 不能耐受增强CT检查的患者；
14) HIV抗体初筛检测阳性者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients who participated in other clinical trials within 3 months before the start of this trial;
2. Pregnant, lactating women and patients planning to be pregnant;
3. Patients undergoing radiotherapy or chemotherapy;
4. Cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases were not controlled, NYHA cardiac function grade II or above
5. Patients with severe endocrine and metabolic diseases, systemic immune diseases, blood and respiratory diseases judged by researchers are not suitable for this trial;
6. Uncontrolled infection in the whole body;
7. Patients with liver disease or liver injury (ALT and AST exceed 2 times of the upper limit of normal value);
8. Patients with severe renal injury or renal failure (serum creatinine is more than 2 times of the upper limit of normal value);
9. Patients who cannot complete the follow-up regularly.
10. Alcoholics, drug addicts or other drug addicts have a tendency;
11. Patients who could not tolerate enhanced CT examination;
12. HIV antibody screening positive patients.
