研究目的：

本研究的目的是：1)评价低强度抗阻联合血流限制训练对老年肌少症的疗效，并验证其效果是否与常规抗阻训练相似。2)根据研究结果探讨血流限制对肌肉的作用机制。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to: 1. To evaluate the effect of low-intensity resistance training combined with blood flow restriction training on senile sarcopenia, and to verify whether the effect is similar to that of conventional resistance training. 2. To explore the mechanism of blood flow restriction on muscle.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.有深静脉血栓和/或凝血障碍病史；
2.无法控制的动脉高压(血压>160/100 mmHg)和/或血脂异常(总胆固醇>220 mg/dl)；
3.有心血管、肺部或代谢性疾病和/或肌肉骨骼问题；
4.自我报告吸烟史；
5.使用双重抗血小板药物：阿司匹林、西洛他唑、依替非替丁、噻氯匹定和替罗非班。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with history of DVT and / or coagulopathy;
2. Patients with uncontrollable arterial hypertension (blood pressure > 160 / 100 mmHg) and / or dyslipidemia (total cholesterol > 220 mg / dl);
3. Patients with cardiovascular, pulmonary or metabolic diseases and / or musculoskeletal problems;
4. Patients with self-reported smoking history;
5. Patients using dual antiplatelet drugs: aspirin, cilostazol, etifitin, ticlopidine and tirofiban.

符合纳入标准的受试者将签署知情同意书，然后随机分为三组。这三组分别为低负荷抗阻训练加血流限制组(LRT-BFR)、常规抗阻训练组(CRT)和对照组。随机序列将由未参与干预和评估的统计学家使用计算机随机生成。

Subjects who meet the inclusion criteria will sign an informed consent form and then will randomly divide into three groups. The sequence will be randomly generated by a statistician using computer.
