本研究旨在评估血清降钙素原(PCT)在慢性阻塞性肺疾病(AECOPD)急性加重期(acute exacerbof chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, AECOPD)无创正压通气(NIPPV)预测中的价值。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to estimate the value of serum procalcitonin for non-invasive positive pressure ventilation prediction in the patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1)怀孕；
2)其他肺部疾病，如哮喘、支气管扩张、肺炎、肺结核等；
3)其他可能影响血清PCT水平的疾病，如败血症、肺及肺外恶性肿瘤；
4)入院前抗生素治疗史；
5)合并其他器官功能衰竭；
6)需要进入重症监护室进行气管插管的危重情况；
7)治疗依从性差。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Pregnant subjects;
2. Patients with other lung diseases, such as asthma, bronchiectasis, pneumonia, tuberculosis, etc;
3. Patients with other diseases that may affect the serum PCT level, such as sepsis, lung and extrapulmonary malignant tumor;
4. Patients with history of antibiotic treatment before admission;
5. Patients with other organ failure;
6. Critical patients who need to enter ICU for tracheal intubation;
7. Patients with poor treatment compliance.
