数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

1. 影像学资料由医院影像科提供，测量后以 Excell电子表格形式保存记录并行统计学分析。 2. 功能评分由康复师评分，保留原始数据备查。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

1. Imaging data were provided by the imaging department of the hospital. After measurement, records were kept in the form of Excel spreadsheet for statistical analysis. 2. The functional scores were scored by the rehabilitation therapist, and the original data were kept for future reference.
