研究目的：

瑞舒伐他汀可通过引起HDL亚型（HDL2）的改变，进而参与胆固醇的逆向转运，进而探索瑞舒伐他汀在强效降低LDL-C以外的抗动脉粥样硬化作用机理

Objectives of Study：

To assess rosuvastatin therapy on CAD patients with hyperlipidemia could reverse the aberrant HDL maturation process via elevating lager HDL2 level, andthen restore the RCT process to the normal to prevent atherosclerosis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

瑞舒伐他汀

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

rosuvastatin

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 6个月内发生过急性心肌梗死；
2. 不受控制的原发性甲状腺功能不足；
3. 活动性肝、胆疾病；
4. 肾功能不全、肾功能衰竭；
5. 脑外伤；
6. 药物性高胆固醇血症、家族型高胆固醇血症
7. 3个月内因重大外伤或肠胃疾病手术致影响药物吸收的；
8. 有过敏反应的；
9. 近期滥用药物史或酗酒者、精神障碍者
10. 近12周服用降血脂药物（阴离子交换树脂、他汀、烟酸和免疫抑制物）
11. 12周内有胃十二指肠外科手术病史；
12. 妊娠或哺乳期患者；
13. 既往对服用瑞舒伐他汀禁忌的。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Acute Myocardial Infarction during the last half year;
2. Hypothyroidism;
3. Liver or Biliary Tract Diseases;
4. Renal Insufficiency or Kidney Failure;
5. Cerebrovascular Trauma;
6. Drug induce Hyperlipidemia, Familial Hypercholesterolemia;
7. Having a major trauma, operation with intestines andstomach within 3 months or the disease affecting drug absorbed;
8. Having Anaphylactic Reaction;
9. Mental Disorders anddrinking history;
10. Contraindication to rosuvastatin;
11. Pregnancy andlactation.
