研究目的：

通过多模态功能磁共振成像和神经认知评估，以及血液炎症因子、衰老蛋白、认知蛋白测定，寻找ESRD血液净化患者认知相关的异常脑结构或脑功能，以明确ESRD患者CI的潜在神经影像学机制。  

Objectives of Study：

Through multi-modal functional magnetic resonance imaging and neurocognitive assessment, as well as blood inflammatory factors, aging proteins, and cognitive protein determinations, search for abnormal brain structures or brain functions related to cognition in patients with ESRD blood purification to clarify the potential of CI in ESRD patients Neuroimaging mechanisms.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

ESRD组：
脑损害，如中风、肿瘤或脓肿；
创伤性脑损伤史；
神经精神障碍；
吸毒或酗酒史。

正常对照组：
严重心、脑、肝、肾疾病史，酒精和药物滥用史；
精神疾病家族史。

Exclusion criteria：

ESRD group:
1. Patients with brain damage, such as stroke, tumor or abscess;
2. Patients with history of traumatic brain injury;
3. Patients with neuropsychiatric disorders;
4. Patients with a history of drug or alcohol abuse.

Normal control group
1. Patients with history of serious heart, brain, liver and kidney diseases, and history of alcohol and drug abuse;
2. Patients with family history of mental illness.
