Objectives of Study：

To assess the efficacy andsafety of superselective ophthalmic artery chemotherapy in the treatment of children retinoblastoma

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

本研究开始前4周内曾参加过其他临床试验；正在接受其他抗肿瘤治疗；核磁显示病人有眼外疾病（扩散到视神经），大量的视网膜入侵，或核磁或体检显示球体外疾病；骨转移患者；先天性心脏疾患；血压高于正常值；血液系统疾病；肝、肾功能明显异常(即指标高于正常值一倍以上)

Exclusion criteria：

Participant in other clinical trials;
Receiving other anti-cancer therapy;
MRI showed the tumor metastasize to other organ;
Abnormal cardiovascular, liver, or hematopoietic function;
Other inadvisable reasons for this research.
