研究目的：

1.调查中国糖尿病患者对IPTT的知晓率、满意度以及接受度； 2.与10g尼龙丝相比，IPTT对糖尿病周围神经病变的筛查效果。  

Objectives of Study：

1.To investigate the awareness, satisfaction and acceptance of IPTT among Chinese diabetic patients; 2.The screening effect of IPTT on diabetic peripheral neuropathy compared with 10g-MF.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.双足有溃疡、感染、水肿及截肢的患者；
2.糖尿病急性并发症的患者（酮症酸中毒、高血糖高渗昏迷）；
3.具有神经病继发原因的患者以及手术、药物等所致神经病变的患者，例如尿毒症，甲状腺功能低下，恶性贫血，癌症，炎症，感染性疾病，医源性即异烟肼，HIV治疗或神经毒性药物（化学疗法）。
4.存在认知功能以及精神疾病的患者；
5.不能配合的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with ulcers, infections, edema and amputations on both feet;
2. Patients with acute complications of diabetes (ketoacidosis, hyperglycemia, hyperosmolar coma);
3. Patients with secondary causes of neuropathy and patients with neuropathy caused by surgery, drugs, etc., such as uremia, hypothyroidism, pernicious anemia, cancer, inflammation, infectious diseases, iatrogenic isoniazid, HIV treatment or neurotoxic drugs (chemotherapy).
4. Patients with cognitive function and mental illness;
5. Patients who cannot cooperate.
