Objectives of Study：

To explore the feasibility, effectiveness and the related brain mechanism of the mobile terminal assisted cognitive training for treating the post-stroke cognitive impairment.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①无法配合评定；
②伴发其他神经精神疾病或严重系统性疾病；
③在研究开始前 1 周内出现一般情况、生命体征不平稳或不能控制的癫痫发作。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Not able to finish the assessments;
2. Diagnosed with other major psychiatric disorders or severe systmatic diseases;
3. Unstable vital signs or uncontrolled seizure within one week before the enrollment;
