研究目的：

本研究通过横断面调查，观察肝硬化不同肝功能分级血栓弹力图特征，确立不同分级肝硬化血栓弹力图标准，并通过开展随机对照试验比较在常规凝血指标和血栓弹力图指导下患者输注血浆的比例、剂量、次数以及疗效，评估不同分级肝硬化血栓弹力图标准的临床应用价值，为临床科学合理有效输血提供实验室证据。  

Objectives of Study：

The study includes 2 phases. During phase 1, We try to observe the thromboelastography(TEG)characteristics in different Child-Pugh class cirrhosis patients by cross-sectional study, andthen develope the standard TEG characteristics. In phase 2, randomized controll trial will be conducted to compare the plasma transfusion practice between patients guided by conventional coagulation tests andthat guided by TEG.Transfuison ratio, doses, transfusions andeffects will be used to evaluate the clinical application value of TEG standard characteristics in different Child-Pugh class patients, thus providing laboratory evidence for scicentific, rational andeffective transfusion.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.年龄小于18岁，大于80岁者
2.未确诊肝硬化者
3.有中风史、癫痫史、或原发大脑癌症患者、癌症脑转移患者，无法进行语言交流者
4.肝硬化合并肝细胞癌者
5.肝移植后肝功能不全或肝衰竭
6.入院前使用任何可能影响患者凝血功能的药物者（如使用肝素，香豆素类，凝血酶抑制剂等）
7.心脏、肺、肾等重要器官的严重器质性疾病
8.妊娠或哺乳期妇女
9.正在参与其他临床研究者
10.拒绝参加本研究者，或同意参加本研究，但拒绝签署知情同意书者
11.入选前3个月内参加过其它药物临床试验者
12.研究者认为不适合参加该试验的任何其他情况等

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients who are unable to communicate due to a history of stroke, epilepsy, or primary brain cancer patients, cancer patients with brain metastases;
2. cirrhosis patients with hepatocellular carcinoma;
3. patients with liver dysfunction or liver failure;
4. patients who have taken medicines that may affect the coagulation function(like heparin, coumarin anticoagulants andthrombin inhibitors);
5. patients who have serious organic disease in heart, lung or kidney;
6. pregnant or lactating women;
7. patients who are involved in another clinical research;
8. patients who refuse to participate in the research;
9. patients who took part in other clinical drug test in 3 month before being enrolled in our study;
10. other situations.
