研究目的：

阐明EBV编码LMP2A调控鼻咽癌细胞铁转运关键基因TFR1、HAMP和SLC40A1的分子机制，以及因此引起细胞内铁滞留可能影响鼻咽癌恶性生物学行为的机理。揭示EBV可能通过细胞铁代谢促进鼻咽癌发生发展的新机制，为鼻咽癌的肿瘤代谢治疗和分子靶向治疗提供新的靶点，为肿瘤治疗提供基础数据。  

Objectives of Study：

To elucidate the molecular mechanism of LMP2A encoded by Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) regulating TFR1, HAMP and SLC40A1, which are the key genes of iron transport in nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) cells, and the mechanism that the intracellular iron retention may affect the malignant biological behavior of NPC. To reveal the new mechanism that EBV may promote the occurrence and development of NPC through cellular iron metabolism, provide new targets for tumor metabolic therapy and molecular targeted therapy of NPC, and provide basic data for tumor therapy.

严重心脑血管、肝、肾、肺疾病患者，聋哑人，精神病人和孕妇。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with severe cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney and lung diseases, deaf mute, mental patients and pregnant women.
