研究目的：

本项目拟以姿势控制为主线，针对PD姿势控制障碍特征设计对时空参数以及注意力不同需求强度的姿势控制任务以及训练方案，利用fMRI和fNIRS优势互补，系统研究①PD平衡障碍者姿势控制的神经影像学机制，②不同强度姿势控制训练对改善PD平衡障碍的疗效及其神经影像学机制。

Objectives of Study：

The specific research objectives are: 1. To determine the influence of PD and postural instability on the brain activation during postural control tasks with different temporal, or spatial or attention requirement(s); 2. To clarify the neural mechanism underlying the difference of effectiveness of postural control training at two intensity levels and strength training on improving postural stability, enhancing balance confidence and preventing falls.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1）伴有MRI禁忌证如脑内血管银夹、心脏起用器等；
2）有明显的头部不自主动作或唇部震颤；
3）有幽闭恐惧症；
4）有影响平衡功能的新近半年发生的骨折、除PD以外的神经系统疾病或其它病征如视觉障碍、前庭功能障碍等；
5）明显的认知障碍（MoCA<27）；
6）半年内曾经或正在参加与平衡控制相关的干预性研究或运动训练班。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with contraindications of MRI, such as intracerebral vascular silver clips, cardiac initiators, etc;
2. Patients with obvious involuntary head movements or lip tremors;
3. Patients with claustrophobia;
4. Patients with fracture in recent half a year, nervous system diseases other than PD or other symptoms such as visual impairment and vestibular dysfunction that affect balance function;
5. Patients with obvious cognitive impairment (MoCA < 27);
6. Subjects who have participated in or are participating in the intervention research or exercise training class related to balance control within half a year.
