研究目的:

1)对前期基于胸腔积液各组分PCR多基因检测单中心小样本研究发现进行前瞻性多中心大样本的验证; 2)基于真实世界大样本数据提出胸水标本的最优检测路径。  

Objectives of Study:

1. To verify the findings of previous single center small sample study based on PCR multi gene detection of pleural effusion components; 2. Based on the real world large sample data, the optimal detection path of pleural effusion samples is proposed.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1) 多原发、合并其他肿瘤患者;
2) 非原发的NSCLC患者;
3) 研究者判断可能影响临床研究进行及研究结果判定的情况。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Patients with multiple primary tumors and other tumors;
2. Non primary NSCLC patients;
3. The researcher's judgment may affect the clinical research and the judgment of research results.

Gold Standard or Reference Standard (The clinical reference standards required to establish the presence or absence of the target condition in the tested population in present study):

If the tissue is available, it is the reference standard; if the tissue is unavailable, the pleural effusion cell blocks will be the reference standard.

胸水细胞蜡块、胸水细胞沉淀、胸水上清 PCR-多基因(EGFR, KRAS, BRAF, NRAS, HER2, PIK3CA, ALK, ROS1,RET, MET)检测结果。

Index test:

pleural effusion cell blocks, cell sediment, supernatant PCR-based multi-gene (EGFR, KRAS, BRAF, NRAS, HER2, PIK3CA, ALK, ROS1,RET, MET)mutation detection.

目标人群(可以是某种疾病患者或正常人群,详细描述其疾病特征,注意应纳入符合分布特点的全序列病例,具有良好的代表性)

经细胞学或组织学病理诊断确诊的NSCLC患者。
