研究目的：

主要目的：探究强直性脊柱炎（AS）患者全麻气管插管前使用经鼻导管高流量氧疗( HFNC)后低血氧（血氧饱和度SpO2<90%）的发生率。 次要目的：探究AS患者全麻气管插管前使用HFNC的最低血氧值（血氧饱和度SpO2最低值），气管插管时间，气管插管尝试次数，插管相关并发症（喉痉挛、支气管痉挛、声嘶）、改清醒气管插管次数、患者手术满意度，操作者满意度等。  

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: To explore the incidence of hypoxemia (SpO2<90%) in patients with ankylosing spondylitis (AS) after using high-flow oxygen therapy (HFNC) via a nasal catheter before general anesthesia and endotracheal intubation. Secondary purpose: to explore the lowest blood oxygen level (the lowest blood oxygen saturation SpO2 value) of HFNC before tracheal intubation in AS patients, the time of tracheal intubation, the number of tracheal intubation attempts, and the complications related to intubation (laryngospasm, Bronchospasm, hoarseness), the number of awake tracheal intubations, patient operation satisfaction, operator satisfaction, etc.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

ASA分级≥III级的患者；
鼻腔严重堵塞的患者；
无法耐受HFNC的患者；
患有呼吸睡眠暂停综合征的患者；
气道解剖异常的患者；
凝血功能异常的患者；
患有肺炎、哮喘、慢性支气管炎、肺气肿等复杂呼吸道疾病的患者；
返流误吸（包括肠梗阻、胃饱、食管反流）高危的患者；
孕产妇或哺乳期妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with ASA grade ≥ III;
Patients with severely blocked nasal cavity;
Patients who cannot tolerate HFNC;
Patients with apnea syndrome;
Patients with abnormal airway anatomy;
Patients with abnormal coagulation function;
Patients with complex respiratory diseases such as pneumonia, asthma, chronic bronchitis, emphysema;
Patients at high risk of reflux aspiration (including intestinal obstruction, stomach satiety, esophageal reflux);
Pregnant women or breastfeeding women.
