研究目的：

本研究希望通过获取患者鼻息肉组织、鼻腔黏膜组织、鼻腔分泌物和外周静脉血标本来进行蛋白组学分析和核酸测序等，分析可能的新的生物标志物和病理生理机制通路。并结合组织细胞学特点和临床特点分析可能不同的内外表型。不断探索慢行鼻窦炎内在病理生理机制可能为理解疾病因果关系最终制定有效的治疗方法提供基础本研究希望通过获取患者鼻息肉组织鼻腔黏膜组织鼻腔分泌物和外周静脉血标本来进行蛋白组学分析和核酸测序等分析可能的新的生物标志物和病理生理机制通路。

Objectives of Study：

Through the acquisition of nasal polyp tissue, nasal mucosa tissue, nasal secretions and peripheral venous blood samples, proteomic analysis and nucleic acid sequencing were carried out to analyze the possible new biomarkers and pathophysiological pathways. Combined with the characteristics of Histocytology and clinical features, the possible different phenotypes were analyzed.
