研究目的：

急性缺血性卒中患者的血压变异性和心率变异性管控除了强调血压的早期达标之外，还应合理的选择降压药，以求达到精准的降压效果，同时改善血压变异性和心率变异性。通过监测血压变异性和心率变异性的变化，能了解血压控制情况及发现自主神经功能损伤，早期干预能更好地预防靶器官损害、评价病情和预估并发心血管并发症的风险。然而，目前关于血压变异性及心率变异性的研究尚处于初级阶段，有许多问题尚不清楚，特别是降压药剂量、服药时间及不同降压药对血压变异性及心率变异性的影响、血压变异性及心率变异性与靶器官损害的关系、血压变异性及心率变异性与卒中复发风险和预后的相关性等。国内外尚缺乏大型多中心前瞻性研究提供相应的循证医学证据。  

Objectives of Study：

The management of blood pressure variability and heart rate variability in acute ischemic stroke patients should not only emphasize the early target of blood pressure, but also reasonably select antihypertensive drugs, so as to achieve accurate antihypertensive effect and improve blood pressure variability and heart rate variability.By monitoring the changes of blood pressure variability and heart rate variability, we can understand the control of blood pressure and detect autonomic nervous function impairment. Early intervention can better prevent target organ damage, evaluate the condition and predict the risk of complicated cardiovascular complications.However, the study of blood pressure variability and heart rate variability is still in its infancy, there are many problems is unclear, especially medicine antihypertensive drug dosage, time and the influence of different blood pressure variability on blood pressure and heart rate variability and blood pressure variability and the relationship between heart rate variability and target organ damage, blood pressure variability and the correlation of heart rate variability and risk of recurrence and prognosis of stroke, etc.At home and abroad, there is a lack of large-scale multi-center prospective studies to provide the corresponding evidences of evidence-based medicine.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）病历资料严重缺失或不完整；
（2）意识障碍或严重失语不能沟通者；
（3）严重的肝肾功能不全；
（4）拒绝入组参加本研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Serious missing or incomplete medical records;
(2) Consciousness disorder or severe aphasia unable to communicate;
(3) Severe hepatic and renal insufficiency;
(4) Refuse to participate in this study.
