研究目的：

本研究采用队列研究的方法，针对老年抑郁症认知功能损害突出，易与老年痴呆相混淆，鉴别诊断困难；且与临床转归密切相关，拟分析与认知环路相关的脑网络及血液相关的生物学指标，发现与老年抑郁症认知功能损害相关的早期生物学识别指标。  

Objectives of Study：

This study adopts the method of cohort study, aiming at the outstanding cognitive impairment of late-life depression, which is easy to be confused with senile dementia and difficult to differentiate and diagnose; And it is closely related to clinical outcome. It is proposed to analyze the brain network related to cognitive circuit and the biological indicators related to blood, and find the early biological identification indicators related to cognitive impairment of late-lfe depression.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）简明精神状态检查表(MMSE)筛查阳性；
（2）排除其他全身系统性疾病及脑部器质性病变所致抑郁状态；
（3）排除既往有头颅疾病、脑部损伤、癫痫发作以及其他神经系统疾病史；
（4）排除严重的心血管系统、呼吸系统、免疫系统等全身性疾病史；
（5）排除有酒精、吗啡类药物滥用史；
（6）排除体内有金属植入物如假牙、动脉夹、起搏器或金属固定物等。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) MMSE was positive;
(2) The depression caused by other systemic diseases and brain organic diseases were excluded;
(3) Previous history of head disease, brain injury, epilepsy and other neurological diseases were excluded;
(4) The history of serious systemic diseases such as cardiovascular system, respiratory system and immune system were excluded;
(5) The history of alcohol and morphine abuse was excluded;
(6) Metal implants such as denture, artery clip, pacemaker or metal fixator were excluded.
