研究目的：

通过对比实验组和对照组两组术中的生命体征、呼吸力学参数、血气分析以及肺损伤指标SP-D、CC16、sRAGE、sICAM-1的血清浓度，验证驱动压（ΔP）滴定最适PEEP在RARP中是否可以减少肺损伤的发生，减少术后并发症，达到肺保护的作用，并以此指导及改进此类手术的通气策略。  

Objectives of Study：

By comparing the vital signs, respiratory mechanics parameters, blood gas analysis and serum concentrations of SP-D, CC16, sRAGE and sICAM-1 in the experimental group and the control group, to verify whether the optimal peep titration in RARP can reduce the incidence of lung injury, reduce postoperative complications and achieve lung protection, so as to guide and improve the ventilation of this kind of operation Strategy.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.合并严重的呼吸系统并发症或严重肺功能不全，包括困难气道、哮喘、胸廓疾病、肺部限制性和阻塞性疾病、胸廓及脊柱畸形患者；
2.合并严重的心血管系统并发症，包括先天性心脏病、严重心率失常、冠心病、心梗、心衰、心肌病等；
3.患有脑血管病、颅脑肿瘤、颅脑外伤等疾病，包括垂体瘤、脑出血、脑梗死等；
4.患有精神类疾病如神经分裂症、抑郁症、长期失眠等，或长期服用精神类药物；
5.曾接受过胸科或神经外科的手术或近6个月接受过外科手术。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with severe respiratory complications or severe pulmonary insufficiency, including difficult airways, asthma, thoracic diseases, lung restrictive and obstructive diseases, thoracic and spinal deformities;
2.Combined with serious cardiovascular system complications, including congenital heart disease, severe arrhythmia, coronary heart disease, myocardial infarction, heart failure, cardiomyopathy, etc.;
3.Suffer from cerebrovascular diseases, brain tumors, brain trauma and other diseases, including pituitary tumors, cerebral hemorrhage, cerebral infarction, etc.;
4.Suffer from mental illness such as schizophrenia, depression, long-term insomnia, etc.;
5.Have undergone thoracic or neurosurgery surgery or surgery in the past 6 months.
