研究目的：

本研究的主要目的是观察KOA合并OP患者膝关节周围局部骨密度的变化，以及软骨下骨及骨小梁的形态结构和代谢变化。  

Objectives of Study：

The main purpose of this study was to observe the changes of local bone mineral density (BMD) around the knee joint and the morphological and metabolic changes of subchondral bone and bone trabeculae in patients with KOA complicated with OP.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

除妊娠等CT检查禁忌患者，骨软化、多发性骨髓瘤、类风湿性关节炎和激素治疗继发OP及使用影响骨代谢的药物，比如抗骨质疏松症药物患者；排除先天性或获得性发育不良、痛风、类风湿性关节炎患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclude patients with CT taboos such as pregnancy, osteomalacia, multiple myeloma, rheumatoid arthritis and hormone therapy secondary to OP and the use of drugs that affect bone metabolism, such as anti-osteoporosis drugs exclude patients with congenital or acquired dysplasia, gout, rheumatoid arthritis.
