研究目的：

用经颅直流电刺激对自闭症患者开展两周治疗，刺激右侧颞顶交界处（rTPJ）提升心理理论认知，刺激左侧额区（DLPFC）改善社交障碍。  

Objectives of Study：

Transcranial direct current stimulation is used to treat autistic patients for two weeks, stimulate the right temporoparietal junction (rTPJ) to improve cognitive theory of mind, and stimulate the left frontal area (DLPFC) to improve social disorders.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

方案一：tdcs阳极位于F3，阴极位于枕区，与右侧小脑相对应。 方案二：tdcs阳极位于右颞顶，阴极为顶点。 连续10-20天治疗，每天20分钟/1.0mA(年龄≤10岁)或1.5mA(年龄>11岁)tDCS，控制组为tdcs仅刺激1分钟。在干预前1-2天和结束后1-2天进行量表、认知行为和脑影像数据评估。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Protocol 1: the anode of tdcs is located in F3, and the cathode is located in occipital region, corresponding to the right cerebellum. Protocal 2: the anode of tdcs is located in right temporoparietal junction and the cathode is located in parietal. 10-20 days treatment period, 20 mins each day, 1mA (age < 10) and 1.5mA (age > 11) will be used. The control group was treated with tDCS for only 1 minute. The intervention effect was tested with scale, behavior test, and brain imaging.  

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①存在痉挛、癫痫、癫痫病史、家族性癫痫；
②服用会影响皮质兴奋性的药物、抗精神病药物等；
③眼内或脑内存在金属异物，人工耳蜗等；
④神经病理学的存在；
⑤接受过任何形式的深部或浅层大脑刺激治疗；
⑥伴严重神经系统疾病、精神发育迟滞或脑器质性疾病的患者；
⑦伴严重躯体疾病、感染性疾病及免疫系统疾病患者；
⑧经评测不适合做tDCS治疗者及治疗不合作者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. There were spasm, epilepsy, history of epilepsy and familial epilepsy;
2. Taking drugs that can affect cortical excitability, antipsychotics, etc;
3. Metal foreign bodies and cochlear implants were found in eyes or brain;
4. The existence of neuropathology;
5. Received any form of deep or shallow brain stimulation treatment;
6. Patients with severe nervous system diseases, mental retardation or brain organic diseases;
7. Patients with severe physical diseases, infectious diseases and immune system diseases;
8. According to the evaluation, those who are not suitable for high-precision tDCS treatment and those who are not suitable for tDCS treatment.

本研究采用简单随机化的方法，将病例组被试随机分入高精度tDCS治疗组和伪刺激组。具体方法为:将300名自闭症患者按照入组顺序编为001-300号，由统计人员使用Excel软件随机生成a,b,c三个组别（每组100个名额），分别为rTPJ干预、DLPFC干预和伪刺激组。

A simple randomization method was used to randomly divide the case group into a high-precision tDCS treatment group and a pseudo-stimulation group. The specific method is: the 300 autistic patients are numbered 001-300 according to the order of entry, and Excel was used to generate three groups equally.
