Objectives of Study：

To investigate the effects of body mass index on Pharmacodynamics of target-controlled infusion (TCI) of propofol.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

有吸烟、饮酒史；
有心肺肝肾功能异常；
精神系统疾病或其他影响丙泊酚代谢的疾病如甲亢、内分泌功能紊乱等；
长期服用镇静催眠药物及术前一个月内服用过肝药酶诱导剂或抑制剂。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with a history of smoking and drinking;
2. Subjects with abnormal heart, lung, liver and kidney function;
3. Patients with mental system diseases or other diseases affecting propofol metabolism, such as hyperthyroidism, endocrine dysfunction, etc.;
4. Subjects taking sedative hypnotic drugs for a long time and taking liver drug enzyme inducer or inhibitor within one month before operation.
