研究目的：

构建髋关节置换术后尿潴留风险评估量表。医务人员使用该量表对患者进行术前评估以准确及时地警示患者术后尿潴留的的风险水平进而决定是否进行导尿操作以期减少围术期尿管留置率和POUR发生率，提高手术安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

Medical staff use this scale for preoperative evaluation of patients to accurately and timely warn patients of the risk level of postoperative urinary retention, and then decide whether to conduct catheterization, in order to reduce the perioperative catheter indwelling rate and Pour incidence, and improve the safety of surgery.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

a.术前留置导尿者；
b.精神障碍，不能配合研究等。

Exclusion criteria：

A. Patients with indwelling urethral catheterization before surgery;
B. Mental disorders cannot cooperate with the study, etc.
