研究目的：

本研究的主要目的是探讨在认知正常的老年人平衡功能与执行功能之间是否存在关联，评估哪种执行功能与平衡功能的特征指标相关性最大，并明确哪种抑制通路直接参与平衡功能的控制，检验年龄、性别是否对这些联系起到调节作用。  

Objectives of Study：

The main purpose of this study was to investigate the cognitive normal balance function in the elderly and whether there is a connection between executive function and assess what kind of executive function and balance function characteristic indexes of correlation is the largest, and clearly what inhibitory pathway directly involved in the balance of control and inspection, age whether to adjust these connections.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）影响运动或平衡的神经肌肉骨骼疾病：有功能受限、椎管狭窄、神经根病变、致残的神经疾病、既往的急性脑血管事件、痴呆、糖尿病神经病变、帕金森病和帕金森综合症等。
（2）有严重的视力、听力和语言问题。
（3）有严重心肺疾病患者。
（4）有严重骨关节病变，踝、膝、髋关节等下肢关节或脊柱手术史。
（5）目前存在反复持续头晕症状；需要长期服用抗眩晕药、镇静安眠药，不能停药者。
（6）正在服用抗精神病药物、抗抑郁药物、激素替代疗法和影响多巴胺系统的药物。
（7）在没有他人或设备的帮助下不能站立5分钟、行走6米。
（8）不能完成平衡试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Neuromusculoskeletal diseases that affect movement or balance: neurological diseases with limited function, spinal stenosis, neuroradiculopathy, disabling neurological diseases, previous acute cerebrovascular events, dementia, diabetic neuropathy, Parkinson's disease and Parkinson's syndrome;
(2) Have severe vision, hearing and speech problems;
(3) Patients with serious heart and lung diseases;
(4) Have a history of severe osteoarthrosis, ankle, knee, hip and other lower limb joints or spinal surgery;
(5) Present with recurrent and persistent dizziness symptoms;Need to take for a long time to fight vertigo medicine sedative sleeping medicine, cannot stop the person with medicine;
(6) He is taking antipsychotics, antidepressant hormone replacement therapy and medications that affect the dopamine system;
(7) Can't stand for 5 minutes and walk 6 meters without the help of others or equipment;
(8) Unable to complete the balance test.
