本研究的首要目标是检验线上叙述指导写作GNT-W对高负性情绪和认知的（包括知觉压力升高，抑郁与焦虑增多）个体的干预效果；次要目的是检验GNT-W对于提升被试的积极情绪，增强其对负性应激事件的反思与意义构建（meaning making）的效果。

The purpose of this study is to examine the effectiveness of Guided Narrative Technique-Web (GNT-W) on reducing negative stress response and further improving positive emotion, cognition and meaning-making.

有自杀意念（贝克自杀量表的筛查问题回答为“弱”或“中等到强烈”）。

Exclusion criteria：

Subjects with suicidal ideation (the screening question of Beck Suicide Scale was answered as "weak" or "moderate to strong").

共200位参与者将按照1：1：1：1的比例被随机分配到以下:4种条件之一：线上指导性叙事写作干预组（GNT-W），表达性写作干预组（EW），应对策略写作组（Coping Strategy Group）或积极对照。随机化将由不知道研究目的的专业人员根据计算机随机分组进行。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

The 200 participants will be randomly assigned to one of four conditions: GNT-W，EW, coping strategy writing and active control with 1:1:1:1 allocation after the baseline assessment. The randomization will be implemented by a computer-generated schedule by professionals who do not know the purpose of the study.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

数据采集形式为自我报告。试验设计中的测量部分对数据采集的时间点和所用测量工具都进行了详细的阐述。所有使用的自我报告量表都具有良好的信效度。有关数据管理计划，请参阅试验设计压缩包中的附加文件。
