Objectives of Study：

To observe the long-term clinical effect of posterior continuous circular capsulorhexis combined with multifocal intraocular lens clipping in the treatment of cataract in children.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.参加其他临床试验的患者；
2.患有青光眼、视网膜疾病、既往眼科手术、晶状体脱位、眼外伤史、中央角膜混浊、虹膜畸形等影响术后视力恢复的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients who are participating in other clinical trials;
2. Patients with eye diseases or ocular diseases affect postoperative vision recovery, such as glaucoma ,retinal disease ,previous ocular surgeries,lens dislocation, history of ocular trauma ,central corneal opacities and iris deformity.
